At Florist Marketplace we are committed to ensuring the best possible service to our customers. We are happy to take any inquiries you may have regarding your online orders for delivery and welcome any feedback or comments you might have relating to your experiences buying flowers online with us.
We will make every effort to ensure you order is processed and delivered on time. However, there are circumstances beyond our control that may delay or prevent the delivery from being completed on the intended day (including busy holiday schedules such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas, as well as road closures, natural disasters and any other unforeseen circumstances). We will reach out to you either by phone or via email to inform you of this and offer you alternative options for your delivery. We will work closely with you to make sure everything is handled quickly to fulfill your order.
Once an order has been placed, we will send an email confirmation detailing the order. A second automated email will be sent once your order has been completed confirming the delivery. You can also check the order details by going to My Account .
Online orders will show a display after checkout, detailing the order along with a confirmation, which will be sent to you through our automated email confirmation from Flowers Marketplace.
Our flower deliveries go out any time between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. There may be slight delays to delivery arrivals due to traffic and unforeseen events that may occur during delivery hours. We will make every effort to ensure that deliveries to work places and offices are completed during work hours so please let us know if the recipient is likely to leave earlier so that we can ensure the flowers are received.
The delivery is included in the cost of the bouquet or arrangement, however, we do charge a service fee, which covers our handling of your order and may vary based on the date of delivery (such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day or Christmas).
The delivery will consists of any and all items in your order (flowers, stuff animal, balloons, etc.) along with the written card message. The only way the recipient will know it’s from you is if you write your name on the card message. If you don’t state your name, the delivery will be completely anonymous, if that was the intention. If the recipient calls us to find out who sent the flowers, we will not release the information without your consent.
If the delivery is made at the time the recipient is not home, we may leave the arrangement with a neighbor and place a note on their door to pick up the flowers from there. Or we may leave the arrangement by the door as long as the flowers are not in plain sight of the main road to ensure the recipient receives it.
If you would like to make different arrangements, please leave a note for us at time of checkout so we can try to accommodate the request.
Orders are filled quickly for same day delivery so we may not always be able to change or cancel the order in time. For future deliveries, please give us at least 24 hours notice to make the changes needed to your order. For busy periods, such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day or Christmas, we will need at least 48 hours advanced notice to accommodate any changes, in order to meet all the deliveries for the day. There is an option for AM or PM delivery time when you are checking out online. If you do not list delivery AM or PM, we will deliver at any point during the day between the hours or 9AM to 6 PM. Should you need the flower delivery to arrive at a specified time, you can list the request on the checkout page and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
The flowers will be delivered the way you ordered it, which may include the bouquet, stuffed animal, balloons, etc. If you chose a flower arrangement that includes a vase or basket, then it will come filled with water to keep the flowers fresh.

If the delivery destination contains a United States or Canada address/zip code, you can place the order from anywhere in the world. Although we cannot deliver to a PO Box as it needs to be a physical address location.
