Our Policy for late/non-delivery
We work hard to make sure that your special flower order arrives on time, within our normal delivery hours of 9AM to 6PM. During our busy holidays like Valentine’s and Mother’s Day, we may extend our delivery hours to ensure that all gifts are delivered on time. If for any reason your order does not arrive on time, will do everything we can to help successfully resolve the issue quickly.

Our Policy for items/refunds/redeliveries and exchanges
We have a 100% Guarantee for our flower products and delivery, which we’re proud to stand behind. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason at all, we’ll do what it takes to make it right, including offering a redeliver or comparable exchange on your order or issue a credit to use for a future order.

Is it safe to use my credit card or debit card online?
Yes! The safety of your personal information is extremely important to us. What happens after I place an order?
Once your order is placed on the site, you’ll see a Thank You Page, which will include your order confirmation number on it. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed with us.

How do I check the status of my order?
Our system sends notifications during the entire process.  The notifications go out once the order has been placed, when your flowers are delivered. We may reach out to you via email should we have any questions or issues on your order.  If you don’t have an account, you can register now.

How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Please note: some orders are delivered very soon after being placed and may already be on their way or delivered, so it may not always be possible to cancel.  If your order is scheduled for a future delivery date, we’ll do everything possible to fulfill your request.
