Substitution Policy
Some flowers are seasonal and depending on availability, substitutions in equal or higher value of flower(s) or container(s) may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or gift is completed in order to guarantee a timely delivery.

Delivery Status
Please consider your order delivered on the day you requested if you receive a confirmation. If we have any difficulties with your order, we will contact you by telephone and/or e-mail prior to delivery or as soon as we are provided with updates from our florists.

Cancellation Policy
While we process your request the moment we receive it during business hours, it is sometimes very difficult to get cancellation requests complete.  Cancellations must be done prior to delivery, and in all cases within 24 hours or placing your order. Any cancellation requests after this period cannot be guaranteed and are subject to a 20% (of the order amount) charge. 

Filling flower orders is a privilege and it will receive our personal and professional attention. We guarantee 100% satisfaction on all floral and plants. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with it, please contact us immediately so that we may have the opportunity to make you happy, email us at info@floristmarketplace.com.  In some cases we can replace your item(s) or issue a store credit. Please note every flower order will be custom made, we don’t issue refund on any orders we’ve started to process or have completed.
